At Levenger, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 90 days for an exchange or a full refund, excluding personalized items.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
